Will Counselling help an individual?

Counselling is a process specialized in creating a different ways of thinking and feeling. It brings a transformation to the person’s behavior by imparting an outlook that improves both emotional and mental health.

If an individual in problem if he/she delays seeking professional help?

As problems are relate to emotional, mental, or behavioral causes, delaying in seeking help to resolve it tends to intensify the problem making it complex and multi-faceted in impact.

Who is Counsellor?

A counselor is a qualified professional who uses specific scientific knowledge and skills to improve emotional/ mental health of his clients.

Difference between a psychiatrist and a counsellor?

A psychologist uses non-medical techniques while a psychiatrist on the other hand relies on medication for treating cases.

Can talking to a friend/ family member help?

There are preconceived notion of others, pre-formed opinion about an individual and the bias in relationship, that may contribute to their inability to evaluate and judge the situation fairly.
